You are the right candidate if you have:
Experience as a foreman, supervisor, or project manager managing installation crews
Experience with residential construction projects
Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers)
Possess excellent communication skills
Must be customer service oriented
Positive “can do” attitude is critical
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites

What you will do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly, professionally and thoroughly
Manage escalated client calls with courtesy and professionalism
Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently
Utilize outstanding typing skills to enter detailed notes into our system
Educate our clients on the company’s products and promotions
Multi-task efficiently, switching between multiple screens and systems with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information to the customer

What you will need to succeed:

Four Seasons OLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our accounting / contract admin team. This position will provide departmental support by performing a variety of general administrative tasks. Advancement opportunities will arise as the successful candidate assumes additional responsibilities.
Daily Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Gather, enter and verify data in Microsoft Office programs and company information systems
Communicate / discuss contract items internally and externally with coworkers, contractors and state agencies
Complete various AR and AP tasks
Assist with receptionist duties
Maintain electronic and paper files
Qualifications:
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to learn new systems and methods quickly
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while multi-tasking
Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset

Requirements:

You’d be responsible for:
Monitoring and testing new installations, troubleshoot and repair problems, observe pipe and valve placements, and evaluate start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system.
Conducting and recording detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades of client systems.
You might be a good fit if you have:
Along with supervisory skills and your proactive manner, we require a minimum of 1 year of productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems.
A valid driver’s license
Good knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential.
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to create and read site map colored charts/legends
